Rooms may only be secured by the payment of a holding deposit of £300 + an agency fee of £50.  Once a deposit has been accepted for a room this will only be returned at the end of the tenancy in accordance with the conditions of the tenancy agreement. The agency fee is non-refundable.

Should the contract not commence for any reason imposed by the tenant we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid until such time as the room is re-let, provided that this is before the start of the agreed contract date.

Once the tenancy contract commences the holding deposit will be transferred into a deposit protection scheme and a confirmation certificate will be provided.

On submission of the above form copies will be emailed to the addresses you have provided.
